Payment Terms - Production
cost and 50% of the service cost is due before start date. Balance
is due 15 days from end of campaign. All political ads require full
payment before start date.
There is a 5 day minimum for campaigns. Exceptions are granted pending
on cities, special events, and bookings. Payments may be made via
check or credit card.
You are solely responsible for the content of any submission you make
to the Drive By Ads Network. Drive By Ads reserves the right to delete,
move, or edit messages that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive,
defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws,
or otherwise unacceptable.
You agree that any registration data you provide may be shared with
select third party firms ("Partners"), unless you state
a preference not to be contacted. Drive By Ads shall inform Partner
if You state a preference not to be contacted. However, Drive By Ads
shall not be responsible or liable if Partner contacts You, permits
a third party to contact You, or provides or discloses Your Registration
Data to any third party.
Drive By Ads does not sell email addresses provided, nor will DriveByAds.com
abuse and misuse the email provided other than to provide the quote
being requested.
Drive By Ads contains links to other related World Wide Web Internet
sites, resources, and sponsors of Drive By Ads. Since Drive By Ads is
not responsible for the availability of these outside resources,
or their contents, you should direct any concerns regarding any
external link to the site administrator or Webmaster of such site.
This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced
in accordance with Maryland law. Any action to enforce this agreement
shall only be brought in the federal or state courts located in Marlyand.
